We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. based technology company Creative Information Technology Inc.(CITI), a multi – million dollar successful outfit. Our parent company is into niche technology area wherein, we partner exclusively with the U.S. Federal Government. Our biometric solutions, fingerprint verification solutions and visa verification applications run across more than 240 U.S. consulates across the world. We also manage an interoperability testing laboratory for all the technologies used in the field of identity management by the Government of the United States.

Whilst we do all this in the U.S., a need to diversify was identified by the management committee. With a couple of founder members of the parent company being of Indian origin, it was an obvious decision to enter the Indian markets and exploit the “India Shining” opportunity. It was equally logical to diversify into a commercial IT space. With this background in mind, the management team set up India operations in 2006. After establishing a strong legal platform for running a subsidiary and studying the current Indian market, it was decided to take a more focused approach in selecting industry verticals in which to operate. The targeted verticals viz. Organized Retail, Distribution led businesses, Telecom and Banking.

What we do?

All these verticals have a few things in common - their huge dependence on a strong, fully integrated supply chain, collaboration with suppliers and other partner-ecosystems, and thirdly, the enormous importance given to the end consumer and their shopping/ buying experience. At this juncture, we have ventured into the first two industry verticals namely, retail and distribution led businesses, wherein we have been able to establish ourselves as one of the most influential players, in spite of being a small and young organization. Our vision is to become the No. 1 organization providing end to end business solutions to the chosen industry verticals. Our strategy has been to build a team of people with tremendous domain expertise and vast experience in implementing a large scale and complex IT initiatives.
