The team member from Creative IT, Mr. Kunal Baid, have been at Books & Beyond Office, Dalhousie from 22nd Aug’07 till now. It gives me great pleasure to state that during his stint here, he has demonstrated a very good understanding of Retail Finance processes as well as the SAP system. He has given valuable inputs in the areas of Finance, and the use of SAP in these areas in our day to day operations, which have helped in simplifying, speeding up our work on the SAP system and tracking down problems in SAP usage. In addition to solving our day-to-day issues, he have also helped us consolidate the issues and liaised well with our internal IT team bringing visibility and progress towards resolving long pending pain areas.
